The Windows download is a ZIP holding two files: the installer for your PC, and the SMS gateway app to copy onto an Android phone if you want to send SMS campaigns. On macOS, download that app straight to the phone.

Installing on Windows

  1. Unzip the file you downloaded, then run Pultrack_Setup.exe from inside it.

    The ZIP also contains the Android SMS app and a README — those are for the phone, not the PC.

  2. If Windows shows a blue "protected your PC" notice, click More info → Run anyway.

    This appears because the installer isn't code-signed yet. It's safe — it's the file you just downloaded from pultrack.com.

  3. Follow the installer and let it finish. Pultrack adds a desktop shortcut.
  4. Open Pultrack. It runs in its own window — no internet needed.

Installing on macOS

  1. Open the file you downloaded — Pultrack.dmg.
  2. Drag Pultrack into your Applications folder in the window that opens.
  3. Open Pultrack from Launchpad or Applications. It's signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens straight away — no security warning.
  4. It runs in its own window — no internet needed.

Requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer) on macOS 12 or later.

Getting started

  1. Sign in with the starter administrator account, then change the password in Settings → Users.
  2. Set your shop name & logo in Settings → Company — it prints on every receipt.
  3. Add your items (or import them from Excel — we can help), set prices, and you're ready.
  4. Sell from the Kassa (till): scan or search, press Enter to add, F12 to complete and print.
Your 30-day free trial starts the moment you open it. Everything is unlocked — POS, inventory, accounting, reports. After 30 days Pultrack asks for an activation code to keep ringing sales (your data is never locked away — you can always view, print and export it).

After the trial

Open Settings → License and choose how to pay:

  1. Contact us — reach our team (the License screen shows the phone & email) to pay by card, cash or bank, and we'll send your activation code the same day.
  2. Online card payment — coming soon, so you'll be able to renew instantly yourself.
